decent stay with a few issues
great location breakfast choices good bathroom size slow lifts long queues difficult parking system
the location was great for exploring. the breakfast buffet had plenty of choices and fresh options. the size of the bathroom was really good and it included a bathtub (i enjoyed relaxing baths).
the lifts were quite slow. long queues formed especially during peak times, so i often used the stairs. the parking system was difficult. finding a spot nearby was nearly impossible (it caused some stress).

white sheets varied buffet room fridge
The buffet included a lot of variety for both breakfast and dinner. Family rooms featured crisp white sheets. A fridge was available in the room. The hotel is one block away from the beach.
One wall plug in my room did not work.

Acceptable, but Some Issues
poor air conditioning cracked shower floor
The food was okay and the location was perfect.
The air conditioning in the room barely worked. It was uncomfortably hot. the bathroom shower had a cracked floor, so dirt came out when showering. I did not feel the stay reflected the price I paid.

Wonderful Pools and Friendly Staff!
great pool friendly staff breakfast selection
I found the pool area particularly great, complete with many sunbeds. I always managed to find one even after breakfast. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. and I will definitely consider returning. Breakfast had a good selection. There were many bars and entertainment options nearby.
The hotel did not provide kettles in all the rooms. This was a significant inconvenience . I was not able to get one .

The reception staff was amazing and very helpful. Nothing seemed a bother to them. They went the extra mile to welcome us and to. I found them very efficient.

The hotel location was nice and convenient. It was only a block away from the beach. This proximity made access to the beach very easy and quick for us.

There were five different pools ensuring a pool meets all needs. Activities throughout the day included aqua aerobics and water polo. There were also mini discos and shows at night.
